Interested to find out if others have figured out how to crack the code and actually get to customer service that understands the LifeLock product and knows what to do with subscription/billing issues without a LONG phone call. What? The feature was on the only webpage they (LifeLock) has now and there was no indication that it was only for select (i.e., everything Norton except LifeLock). Went thru the chat process, only to be told that "they" are Norton and I have to contact LifeLock for assistance. Today I clicked thru Help to find the Contact Us feature because of repeated overcharges. Further and probably the worst issue is that even the simplest of issues has required multiple contacts. Second, the most recent rate increase was 40%+ for no additional features. First, the overselling of Norton products has been very irritating. Very disappointed in the service (or lack thereof) since it was acquired by Norton.
